Tiffin police officer recognized AGAIN, another year of spreading holiday cheer

As you may have seen, Office Michael Moore of the Tiffin Police Department was featured before in a viral video posted by Rose Stalz in 2016, handing out gifts to kids at Wal-Mart in Tiffin.
This year Officer Moore has been recognized again, this time in a Facebook video from the A-T.
