Local man found dead in woods, apparent suicide

TIFFIN, OH – According to the authorities, a Tiffin area man who was previously reported as missing was found dead by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office in a woods from an apparent suicide Monday evening.

Dennis Hohman, 39, of Tiffin, was reported missing on Facebook by his wife in a public post on Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24.

According to authorities, Hohman was found by a Seneca County Sheriff’s Office deputy, dead from an apparent suicide in a woods near McCutchenville. Hohman’s parked car was spotted by the deputy, which led authorities to his body.
