Couple displaced after fire destroys home
ROLLERSVILLE, OH – Two people and one dog survived an early morning house fire Thursday just outside of Bradner.
Eight crews of firefighters from Sandusky, Seneca, and Wood counties battled the house fire starting at around 5 a.m. Thursday on County Road 26, just south of U.S. 6.
According to WTOL in Toledo, two people and a dog were inside the home but were able to safely escape.
The homeowner’s brother told WTOL the family believes the fire started in the garage.
The American Red Cross was called to the scene to assist the family.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
