Merger announced between Tiffin and Bucyrus YMCAs

TIFFIN — According to a statement from the Tiffin Community YMCA, the organization has decided to merge with the Bucyrus YMCA effective January 1, 2018, following a 2-year management agreement.
Bucyrus YMCA board member Liz Dolan said, “The need in OUR communities for YMCA services has never been greater. YMCAs serve residents with the solutions to some of today’s most pressing issues related to youth development, healthy living, and supporting our neighbors.”
“The Y provides a place to belong and to connect with others in the community. We are open and welcome to all,” Tiffin YMCA board member Heidi Stephey said.
