Tiffin Police featured in viral video for spreading holiday cheer
Tiffin resident Rose Stalz shared this video on social media. It shows Officer Michael Moore of the Tiffin Police Department giving a Christmas gift to her daughter, Viola, as they were leaving Walmart. She thanked the officer and Tiffin PD for their kindness!
